American Camaro and Firebird Return Policy

1. All parts guaranteed to be good parts. Any parts found to be defective will be replaced with identical part. No Refunds only exchange on defective parts. Most parts come with a 90 day warranty. Please inquire when order is placed.

2. American Camaro and Firebird must be notified via e-mail within ten days if any defective part is received. A call tag will be issued and the part picked up. A replacement part will be sent when the defective part is received back at American Camaro and Firebird.

3. No exchange if the part does not fix your problem. If you purchase the wrong part you have a spare for the future. Make sure you buy what you need.

4. We sell quality recycled auto parts for a fair price. We must enforce these policies in order to continue to serve our thousands of customers.

5. Freight damage must be reported to the freight company immediately. This must be done by the receiver of the package. We are not responsible for processing the freight damage report. Please forward a copy of this report to American Camaro and Firebird. A replacement part will be sent when the claim has been processed.
